For those of you that don’t know, Disneyland is getting an exciting new TOWER with over 345 rooms! This is a much needed addition and amazing news for DVC!! Currently if you wanted to stay at DVC you have ONE choice and that is the villas at the Grand Californian. There’s only about 78 rooms in that and that has to serve the ENTIRE DVC network. Needless to say getting a room is tough unless you own there and even then for coveted days like runDisney even owners can’t get rooms!
Well luckily VDH is opening for CASH only stays for September 2023 on!
- DVC Members – March 15
- Magic Key Holders – March 16
- General Public – March 17
DVC members MUST call in to book their cash only stay
There is no news on when you can book on points. DVC must begin sales to allow for booking. We would not be surprised if only owners can book temporarily as demand is heavy!
Recall that they may impose Riviera level restrictions in that as the buyer you can do everything, but as a seller your BUYER can only book that one resort. We can see small contracts to be in demand so make sure you ask for point divisions to smaller contracts!
